Return & Refund Policy

Processing Time:

For returned items or items for exchange, we will require 2-5 business days from the date of receiving your item(s) to process the resolution. Following this period, your refund will be issued within 3-7 business days. We will promptly notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you of the approval or disapproval of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.


How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a return, request a replacement, or apply for a refund, please contact us at and provide us with photographic or video evidence. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will process your refund or send out the replacement.


Used Items:

We do not accept returns for used items except in extremely rare cases of breakage or malfunction. Prior to returning such items, customers must obtain written approval from AILIFEBIKE. Returns made without our prior consent will not be eligible for a refund, and customers will be responsible for shipping costs to have the item returned or may choose to forgo the item altogether.


Approved Returns:

Upon approval of your return, you will have the option to receive either an exchange or a refund. We will provide you with the return address, and you will only be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please notify us of the tracking number after shipping any return items. Once we receive the item, we will either replace it or issue a refund. Unauthorized returns of non-returnable items will be promptly returned to the customer, and restocking fees may apply.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund within 3 days of approval, please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Shipping Damage Claims:

In rare cases where items are damaged during transportation, please contact and provide photographic or video evidence to support your shipping damage claim. Note that we will not accept such claims if they are reported later than 10 days from the receipt of the products.
